Auditorium Booking Procedure for all IISD organizations

1. Check the calendar below to fine open auditorium dates.
2. Check with your campus principal for date approval.
3. Complete the District Facility Usage Form pdf and send a copy to your campus principal.
4. Complete the Theatre Facility Usage Form pdf an EMAIL it to Mr. Doggett (please only send via email)
5. Follow up with Mr. Doggett one or two weeks prior to your event to make sure you will have everything you will need.
